Thank you all for your kind support to the upcoming IUFRO Regional Congress for Asia and Oceania 2016 to be held in Beijing, China on October 24 – 27, 2016. We are glad to inform you now that both the Congress schedule and the scientific program have been available on the Congress website. Please be kindly reminded that to read more information about the scientific session you are interested in, you can click the title of the session listed in the program to download its agenda (including a list of its oral presentations).
 
If you are a session organizer, please check if the session agenda and associated information are correct. Please also bear in mind that each session/time slot will last two hours (2 hrs).
 
If you are an oral presenter, please locate the time and venue for your presentation and contact your session organizer for further arrangements when necessary. PPT presentations will need to be copied at the SCIENTIFIC counter during the Registration at China National Convention Center (CNCC) on October 23, 2016. The file names should be typed as “room number”-”date”-”session ID”-”presenter’s name”, for example “301A-24OCT-C-01(4)-John Doe”. You can find such information from the program available on the website.
 
If you are a poster presenter, please be kindly reminded that the collective poster session will be held from 16:00 – 18:00, October 25, 2016 in the Level 3 South Foyer of CNCC. Participants will vote for the best poster(s) of each IUFRO Division and the Best Poster Awards (BPAs) will be announced in the Closing Ceremony. The BPA voting will close at 18:00, October 26, 2016. Posters should be designed and developed by authors themselves and the size should be 120 cm (height) X 90 cm (width). During the registration at CNCC on October 23, 2016, please bring your developed poster(s) to the SCIENTIFIC counter and follow the staff’s instruction to put it up in the designated place.
