1997 – 2003           Worked as Senior Engineer (i.e. Associate Professor) of Forestry at Shandong Academy of Forestry, undertaking the project of Study on the techniques of plant community regeneration and regional development in saline soil of Yellow River Delta area. Agroforestry and social Forestry as well.

1993 - 1995            Worked as Engineer of Forestry at the same Academy, took part in researches like Shelterbelt construction and its eco-economic benefit evaluation, Effect of forests on sea-water intrusion prevention.

1990 - 1993            Worked as Assistant Engineer of Forestry at the same Academy, participated in research projects such as Seed treatment and seedling cultivation, Saline-alkali soil amelioration and utilization.

Achievements:

Based on the research activities, over 100 papers & articles have been published on the academic journals.
