ZHOU Kan, a member of Party Leadership Group of CAF, the leader of the Discipline Inspection Group of CAF, assists the Secretary in Party Affairs, takes charge of Department of the Discipline Inspection and Audit, takes charge of discipline inspection, audit, trade union, youth league and women's federation, contacts and manages the local Party organizations of CAF institutions outside Beijing, directs and coordinates the communication between institutions outside Beijing and higher Party organizations.

ZHOU also serves as Deputy Secretary General of China Forestry Sports Association.
