On October 24 2015, the Director of Chinese Academy of Forestry, Zhang Shougong, conferred on Prof. Mike Wingfield, the Director of Forestry and Agricultural Biotechnology Institute in South Africa, the title of Honorary Professor of the Chinese Academy of Forestry during the closing ceremony of IUFRO Eucalypt 2015 Conference.
