(1) If you have completed the registration andpayment for the upcoming IUFRO-AO 2016 and have received the confirmation letter, please just ignore this reminder.
 
(2) If you have registered and paid through "bank transfer" but have not yet received the confirmation letter, please check if you have uploaded the evidence of payment with full information (such as name(s) of the participants covered in the payment) as required. Recently the account holder has received several sums of money without stating who are the relevant participants. Therefore, if it has been more than two weeks (or 10 working days) since your payment and you did not receive the confirmation letter, please contact iufro_ao2016@163.com to confirm with the Secretariat.
 
(3) If you have NEITHER registered NOR paid the registration fee, please be kindly reminded that the author/speaker registration will end on August 31, 2016. The presentations whose presenting authors have not paid by this date will be dropped out of the Congress programme, and these abstracts will NOT be included in the Congress Abstracts Book. It is also highly appreciated that the session organizers shall complete the same process before August 31, 2016. Please be noted that the whole registration will be fully completed ONLY after successful payment.
